My sis in law had a baby last night - over a month early. She is very small but fine.
I have food poisoning - cooked my my own fair hand, or not cooked properly! I left most of it but obviously i ate enough of it to make me very poorly
i feel very weak, i feel like i've done 10 rounds i can keep liquids in but no foods
i feel like shit

I had an odd experience at the weekend.
took princess to a certain well known pizza house for din dins. all lovely until the venture to the toilets. OMG
have you ever seen the like?
who the feck covers the top half of a toilet cubicle in mirrors? all the way round. Sitting on the loo turning your head you can see yourself x20 having a pee! freaky to say the least!!
i've been feeling really odd today
i've laughed hysterically and had an abundance of deep meaningful sighs then giggled like i was possessed and then slipped back down again.
right now i feel sick
maybe i'm just tired, not sleeping so good last few days and having to get up earlier than usual which doesn't help.
maybe i'm just having a down day

this afternoon i watched a metamorphis
as i turned my head i saw her begin to emerge, i "eeked" in shock
her big smile illuminating
a little while later she is born
my little girl, not looking so little anymore
her long hair gone
a sassy layered shoulder length cut in it's place
gone is the baby face
there stands a beautiful girl, her face radiant
there stands my girl
my heart bursts

Driving home there was a song on the radio - I don't know what it was called i'll try and track it down, but some of the words were "You're not 19 anymore"
I'm not
and sometimes I wonder how that can be, where the years have gone, where that grey hair appeared from, when did that little crease appear at the corner of my eye?
becuase i'm not 19 anymore
and sometimes i don't know why not.
sometimes that face in the mirror gets a slightly longer look as i think
where's that girl? who's that woman? whre did she come from?
and it's the same when i look at hubby or talk about him. to me he's that lad i fell in love with and began an adventure. In reality he's a fully grown man.
You know i'm shocked when i look in the mirror and see
A grown up.
