A mad and crazy day yesterday. I started off bright and early with my physio assessment. I was crapping myself as i'm not exactly doing these exercises every day........
But I am fab...he was well pleased with me for some reason and says my mobility has improved! I was dying after i finished after being contorted. It really wears me out. Anyway he tells me he's decided to try another treatment with me....Accupuncture. Yes that's right i'm gonna get stabbed hundreds of times by tiny needles. Shitting myself? YES. Starts next friday so i'll give you a full commentry on my patheticness then. Incidently any of you had it before?
Thursdays are always a mad dash for me, but this one was a bit more mellow i spent a while chatting to minnow and scarlet before i had to go and get princess from school and get her to her swimming lesson. She has come on in leaps and bounds. I am so impressed. The teachers there are awesome. So on the way home i stop by the reebok shop.....new trackies needed, treat myself and get home.
Have a crazy idea. Phoned W and said " Is B home? Fancy fecking off to the gym?" Of course she said yes, so off we went. I felt so bad about missing a day. I'm really enjoying being back there.
20 kms later. Yes thats right 20kms later I staggered through my front door dead on my feet, but feeling pretty good despite the increasing difficulty i had standing up! A nice suprise Hubby decided to cook. He obviously was really pissed off with waiting for me to come back and feed them both. Whilst i was in the shower he was supposed to be cleaning the kitchen. only he didn't well he did a bit. He didn't even turn the dishwasher on.
What the hell is it with men? Why do they not include cleaning the cooker and wiping down the worktops as part of cleaning the kitchen. Their definition of cleaning is all to cock.
Anyway i'd better get my arse in gear.....i'm off to the gym for more punishment.
