Just a quicky.........cos hubby needs me to get offline.
I've had some great news! Just for a change!
I''ve been into the city this morning to see my dermatologist re my scar. For a review on my treatment.
It's much improved, i have to continue for another 4 weeks using Dermovate Steriod Ointment on it and then it'll be as good as it'll be. I'm only to go back if i'm dissatisfied with the results. She feels I won't be I've made such great progress already. I'm so relieved. Today's appointmet was to evalute the next course of tretment, i was looking at injections into the scar or laser treament.
YAY
*for those of you who are new or just don't know, I had a lumpectomy in October on my right breast, and the scar was very unsightly keliod*
The whole area is much improved the scar tissue is softer and although there is still an amount of it under the skin and still a lump it's not as hard or big as it was. Also i'm not getting so much pain or discomfort now.
Yay Yay YAY
I'm gonna have a drink toight to celebrate, in the mean time wheres that chocolate?......
Love
